Not part of the course and is Optional for people who don’t have any issue with any Religious/ Rituals practice used for healing.

Please Note this is a spiritual healing module and this Optional Bonus session is given not with the objective to preach or endorse any religion but simply to share the knowledge of some Vedic / traditional rituals which helps in healing. Similar type is available in almost all religions. One can also just listen to understand this and follow this type of rituals in their own religion. Our objective is not religious propaganda but use of certain things given in it solely for healing.

• Power of Prayers: The power of prayer would be explained. An introduction to various deity’s’, angels and their functions would be briefed. Would also try to organize Group prayer sessions depending on the desire of the students.
• Mannat: The concept of Mannat and sankalp would be explained with examples. Various stories of Mannat and how they were performed would be discussed in detail.
• Mantra Therapy: The concept of what is mantra therapy and its effects on us, would be explained. Various healing mantras would be explained, Certain recorded mantras would be given for playing and its use would be explained.
• Fasting rituals: Various fasting rituals as per Vedic traditions would be explained. How to perform fasting ritual including detailed / moderate easy to do process on food allowed and other rituals to be followed for being free from past negative karmas, having good karma and healing oneself would be taught.
